Very friendly and accommodating staff, made you feel very welcome. The restaurant attached was great for an early buffet breakfast and the bar inside the hotel was great. Favourite on a hot night was the Tequila Slushy 🤪. Our favourite thing was the free trolley to Univ ersal Studios Citywalk. Looked at all the shops there and went to the movies on the giant Imax screen. Also had a lovely walk through the beautiful suburb opposite to the Brady Bunch house 🏠 😀. Perfect for anyone doing Universal 😀

hotel is family style with many amenities including a kitchen which is great for families who want to save money by cooking instead of eating at local restaurants. However, there are plenty of restaurants nearby if guests choose to dine out. All staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful.

The location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was great. I loved the selection of food that included hot foods, fresh fruits, juices, cereals, and more. The layout of the campus was very nice as well liked the gated parking as well Having the kitchen with all the basics was great.

The room was really spacious, comfortable main bed, kitchenette, lounge area and a desk for work/computer. The breakfast was excellent in range and quality.

The layout of the room and extra space was exactly what we needed. We stayed in the suit that had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. It was great.

Very fast and convenient check ins and outs. Staff were lovely and the overall customer service with every employee was top notch!
